Continuous and conveyorized heat treatment facilities are available for oil quenching, tempering and normalizing through electric furnaces. Each part is heat treated uniformly through controlled operational and monitoring systems.

2. Hardness testers (Vicker / Rockwell / Brinell)
3. Grain flow analysis
4. Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) for surface crack detection

Complete in-house design and development facilities equipped with EDM’s, milling, lathes and furnaces for heat treatment of molds in place to meet the shortest possible target for development of new parts and refurbishment of existing molds and dies.
